Background-focused investigation under an approved scope. Employment, housing, credit, insurance, licensing, benefits, or other eligibility uses require disclosure and may require a separate FCRA-compliant process.

Combined locate and asset-focused investigation under a written lawful-purpose scope. Court, government, financial-institution, database, filing, travel, or field expenses are not included unless stated in writing.

Initial retainer credited to an accepted investigation engagement. Work, rates, expenses, replenishment, reporting, cancellation, and any unused balance are governed by the signed service agreement.

- Payments are processed in live mode by Stripe for Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC.
- Billing address and phone number are collected at checkout.
- After successful checkout, Stripe returns the customer to Alpha Dog's controlled payment-received page with next-step and privacy instructions.
- A Stripe receipt or invoice does not replace a written engagement agreement.
- Work begins only after scope, authorization, conflicts, compliance, availability, and acceptance are confirmed.
- Refunds, cancellations, earned fees, expenses, and unused retainers are handled under the written agreement and the payment terms below.
Important terms
If Alpha Dog P.I. & Security LLC declines an engagement before work begins, the applicable payment will be refunded. After work begins, refunds and any unused retainer balance depend on earned work, authorized expenses, nonrecoverable third-party charges, and the written agreement. No result is guaranteed.
